Through the research of selective wave soldering technology, the quality of solder joints of through-hole devices in PCB assembly can meet the requirements of the national military standard. Test components, PCB, solder, flux and soldering auxiliary materials are used to assemble soldering samples. After a large number of tests, preheating time, preheating temperature, spot soldering time, spot soldering temperature, soldering speed and soldering temperature are studied. According to the standard for inspection after soldering, the appropriate selective wave soldering process parameters and flux are determined.
