δ-癸内酯天然存在于椰子、覆盆子中,具有奶香、椰子和桃子样的果香气息。外观为无色黏稠液体。本文主要研究δ-癸内酯的合成以及其副产醋酸的有效利用。确定了2-戊基环戊酮为起始原料,自制过氧乙酸为氧化剂,经过Baeyer-villiger氧化重排合成δ-癸内酯,反应收率大于96%,气相色谱纯度达到98.5%,经香气改善可以达到调香要求。另外,对其副产醋酸溶液的处理方案进行探讨,选择合成乙酸苄酯,并对其过程的影响因素进行了讨论,最后进行工业化试车验证其可行性。

英文摘要:
δ-Decalactone is found naturally in coconut and raspberry.Aromas of milk,coconut and peach.The appearance is colorless viscous liquid.The paper mainly studies the synthesis of delta-decyl ester and the ffective utilization of its byproduct acetic acid.Identified 2-amyl cycopentanone as the starting material,homemade peroxyacetic acid as the oxidant,after rearrangement Baeyer-villiger oxidation delte-decyl lactone,reaction yield reached 96%,gas chromatographic purity reached 98.5%,the aroma improvement can meet the requirements of flavoring.In addition,the treatment scheme of the by-product acetic acid solution were discussed,and choose the synthesis of benzyl acetate,and the influence factors of the process are discussed,and the industrial test carried out to verify its feasibility.
